PASTOR JOE HOGGARD, Lead Pastor

Is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and is originally from Southeastern Virginia. He has been in full-time ministry since 1991.  He graduated from Southeastern College in 1990 with a degree in Pastoral Care and completed the Assemblies of God’s National Leadership Institute training in 2000.  He and his wife Laura have three children and have been married since 1989.  They have pastored congregations in three states and have served the Appalachian Assemblies of God in various leadership roles including Section Presbyter (Joe) and District Women’s Director (Laura). 

REV. LAURA S. HOGGARD, Minister of Music

Laura graduated from Southeastern College in 1994 and received her Masters Degree from Fairmont State in 2016.  Her degrees are in Music and Teaching.  Laura currently serves the church as Minister of Music.  She is also the Band and Choir Director at Doddridge County Middle School and teaches General Music there as well.  Laura is also an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God.
